摘要:

介绍沪蓉西高速公路野三关隧道特大溶洞崩塌堆积体内超前支护、洞身开挖、基底处理的具体施工工艺。施工中采用长管棚跟管钻进、超前预注浆、台阶法开挖、工字钢支撑、基底注浆加固等处理措施,取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:

A section of Yesanguan tunnel on Shanghai~Chengdu highway passes through a superhuge karst collapse accumulation body. The construction technologies for the mentioned section of Yesanguan tunnel, including advance reinforcement, tunnel excavation and floor consolidation, are presented in the paper. Such countermeasures as long forepoling reinforcement assisted with pregrouting, top heading/bench excavation method, Ishaped steel ribs and floor grouting consolidation are taken during tunnel construction and good results have been achieved.
