摘要:

 通过几个典型工程盘形滚刀的应用,说明滚刀的结构、性能要根据地层的变化进行改进,工况条件不同,滚刀表现的主要失效形式不同,滚刀制造的要求也不同。均质硬岩地层以刀圈耐磨性为主,软硬差别大的地层以抗断为主,磨砺性强的不稳定地层以刀体保护为主。

Abstract:

On basis of the application of disk cutters in some representative projects, it is concluded in the paper that the structures and performances of the disc cutters should be optimized in accordance with the ground variations. Under different working conditions, the disc cutters have different failure forms and different manufacture requirements. In homogenous hard rock ground, the cutter rings should have good abraisionresistant capability; in heterogeneous ground, the cutter rings should have good ruptureresistant capability; in  unstable and highly abrasive ground, the cutter bodies should be well protected.
