Abstract:

 In the paper, the author expounds on the significance for the construction enterprises to establish safety cultures. On basis of the actual conditions of and experience in the establishing of the safety cultures, the author states that the importance of establishing safety cultures lies at the project level and the key of establishing safety cultures is the leaders; the weakness of the safe production lies at the project level and the key of safe production is implementing the stipulations; the guarantee of the economic efficiency of the enterprises lies at the project level and the key of the economic efficiency of the enterprises is improving the efficiency.
