Abstract:

On basis of briefly clarifying the significance of file information resource management, the author focuses on the analysis that file information resource management should be based on the basic principles of system theory, information theory and control theory. The author proposes the levelbylevel file management systems to be established in accordance with the features of the enterprises, the channels needed to build information flow, the ways and methods to control the normal transmission of the information and the concept of advance management, dynamic management and process management of the file information.
