Abstract:

The design of Metro stations involves many professions and the coordination among these professions is relatively difficult, especially the design and installation of the pipelines. In case enough care is not paid, the pipelines may be intersected together and may not be installed easily, which may cause great inconvenience to the operation management in the future. The design of the water supply and drainage systems of Metro stations contains numerous details. Enough attention should be paid during the design and construction of the water supply and drainage systems of Metro stations. On basis of her working experience, the author presents some countermeasures for several detailed issues in the design of the water supply and drainage systems of Metro stations.
