Abstract:

The key design and construction points of the waterproofing and drainage of Xiang’an subsea tunnel, which is the first subsea tunnel in mainland China, are presented in detail. The critical points and key technologies of the waterproofing and drainage construction of the subsea tunnel are emphasized. The paper can provide some useful reference for the waterproofing and drainage construction of other underwater tunnels in the future.
