摘要:

制约深埋特长隧道快速安全施工的主要因素除包括掘进长度、高压地下水、高地应力、地温、施工通风等,还与特定工程的施工条件具有密切的关系。结合锦屏水电站枢纽工程辅助洞的西端工程标段的施工,分析了制约深埋特长隧道快速安全施工的主要因素,并探讨了克服这些制约因素的实施方案。研究了实现深埋特长隧道快速安全施工的关键技术,包括机械配套、深孔直眼掏槽爆破、快速支护、施工组织等。

Abstract:

The fast and safe construction of deepburied long tunnels depends on such major constraining factors as driving length, highpressure ground water, high ground stress, high ground temperature and construction ventilation. Furthermore, the fast and safe construction of deepburied long tunnels is closely related to the construction conditions of the specific tunnel projects. On basis of the construction of the west contract section of the auxiliary traffic tunnels of Jinping hydropower works, the author analyzes on the major factors that constrain the fast and safe construction of deepburied long tunnels and investigates on the execution plans to overcome these constraining factors. The author also studies on the key technologies for fast and safe constructions of deepburied long tunnels, which include equipment matching, deep straighthole cut blasting, fast supporting and construction organization.
