摘要:

以某高架大桥为实例,根据现场实际情况选择了结构简单、安全可靠、费用低廉的塔吊配合钢管脚手架进行高墩施工的施工方法,首先介绍了塔式吊机的选择、钢模板的加工制作、扣件式钢管脚手架的搭设、测量放线、钢筋加工安装、模板安装、混凝土的生产、运输和浇筑以及拆模、养护等具体的施工方法,解决了高墩施工费用高、难度大、安全差的问题。

Abstract:

According to the field condition, simple, safe, reliable and lowcost tower cranes and steel pipe scaffolds are selected for the construction of the high piers of a highway bridge. In the paper the author focuses on the introduction of the construction methods such as, selection of tower cranes, steel formwork processing, fastenerstyle steel pipe scaffold building, surveying and setting out, reinforcement bar processing and installation, formwork installation, the production, transportation and casting of concrete and the formwork removal and curing. Problems like high cost and low safety in the construction are solved due to the construction methods presented above.
