摘要:
通过对45t机车气路系统进行了研究,提出了气路系统存在的问题,并进行了优化。同时介绍了制动结构原理的设计思想,结合刹车力计算可靠性分析,对机车气路系统的干燥、气源量、压力精度、阀门选型做了改进,希望能为类似气路系统的设计提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract:
Based on analyzing the 45t locomotive’s air circuit system, the author points out the problems in the air circuit system and makes optimizations. On the other hand, the design idea for the principle of the brake structure, the calculation of the reliability with brake force, the improvement of the air circuit system’s dryness, air quantity, pressure precision and valve are introduced. The paper can provide reference for similar air circuit systems in the future.
