摘要:

新建温福铁路笔架山隧道断面跨度大,埋深极浅,围岩软弱,隧道既下穿高速公路又下穿国道。施工过程中通过对施工方案和施工方法的比选和不断优化,采用优化后的CRD法开挖、支护,同时采用监控量测等信息反馈手段,动态指导施工,顺利完成了施工任务。通过对超浅埋隧道下穿既有高速公路和国道施工技术的探讨,供类似工程借鉴。

Abstract:

Bijiashan tunnel on newlybuilt WenzhouFuzhou railway is a supershallowburied tunnel with large crosssectional span, extreme shallow cover and soft surrounding ground, which passes underneath expressways and national highways. On basis of comparing and constant optimizing of the construction schemes and construction methods during the construction, optimized CRD method is adopted for tunnel construction. At the same time, information feedback is made on basis of monitoring to provide dynamic guidance for the tunnel construction. The tunnel has been completed successfully. Discussion is made on the construction technology for the supershallowburied tunnel passing underneath expressways and national highways in the paper, which can be served as reference for similar projects.
