摘要:
设计一种齿轮齿条结构的管片拼装机新型旋转限位装置,通过将旋转运动转换为平移运动,使固定在齿条上的触点与限位开关接触,实现限位功能。应用结果表明,该限位装置与国外盾构采用的旋转编码器限位装置相比,具有结构简单、可靠性高、性价比高等优点。

Abstract:
A new rotary limit device of gear and rack structure is designed for segment erectors. The position limit function is achieved by converting the rotary motion into translation motion so that the contact point on the rack can contact with the limit switch. The application results show that, compared to the rotary encoder limit devices equipped on imported shield machines, the new rotary limit device has such advantages as being more simple, more reliable and more cost-effective.
