盾构模拟江底掘进接收技术

摘要:

针对盾构接收井地质条件差、埋深大、加固体加固质量不理想,如出现渗、漏水、流砂等现象时采取相应注浆封堵措施尚不能彻底根治的情况,结合中石化川气东送安庆长江穿越隧道工程实例,通过采用接收井回填砂、灌水的措施及盾构模拟江底掘进接收技术,并取得良好效果,可供类似工程参考。

Abstract:

During the arriving of the shield of Anqing Yangtze River Crossing Tunnel on the gas transmission pipeline from Sichuan Province to East China, countermeasures such as sand backfilling and water filling are taken so as to simulate shield boring under rivers and satisfactory effect has been achieved. The shield arriving technology applied in the project is presented in the paper. The technology is applicable to cases such as poor geological conditions of shield arriving shaft, huge covers, poor reinforcement of the strata and water/sand inflows that can not be coped with by grouting. The paper can provide reference for similar works in the future.
