摘要:

结合杭州庆春路过江隧道工程的实际施工经验,介绍了液氮冻结技术在承压水地层盾尾密封刷检修中的应用,重点论述了冻结孔设计、制冷设计、温度监测、冻结孔施工等问题。实践证明,液氮冻结技术成功地解决了盾构机检修盾尾密封刷的地层固结封水难题,可为类似承压水地层的盾构施工提供借鉴。

Abstract:

The application of liquid nitrogen freezing technology in maintaining of the tail skin brushes in stratum with confined groundwater is presented on basis of the actual experience in Qiantang River crossing tunnel at Qingchun Road in Hangzhou. The freezing hole design, refrigeration design, temperature monitoring and freezing hole construction are presented in detail. The practice shows that the problem of stratum consolidation and water sealing during the tail skin brush maintenance can be successfully solved by liquid nitrogen freezing technology. This technology can provide reference for shield boring in similar stratum with confined groundwater in the future.
