隧道入口深槽开挖案例探讨

摘要:

基隆河员山子分洪隧道入口位于高陡边坡下,原规划为暗渠结构,为达开挖减量、工期缩短及成本节省等目的,并参考长江三峡大坝船闸开挖之经验,设计改为明渠深槽结构。深槽开挖以排桩、岩锚为主要支撑,惟排桩长并未涵盖全开挖深度,岩盘线以下开挖面参考隧道NATM理念,利用岩盘本身自立性及喷凝土、随机岩栓作为支撑。为确保开挖面之稳定,除透过数值仿真分析外,亦搭配施工中监测及预警系统。此外,在结构设计上亦应用衬砌墙之观念,搭配外支撑共构及地下排水系统,减少土、水压力之作用,达成设计之目标。

Abstract:

In Keelung River Yuanshantz Flood Diversion project, the inlet structure of diversion tunnel is located at a high and steep mountainside. A cutandcover structure was originally planned, but, from the viewpoint of environmental impact, cost effectiveness and time schedule, the tunnel structure is reconsidered. By the experience from locks excavation of Yangtze River Three Gorges project, an open channel and deepcut method was adopted finally. Piles and anchors are used as primary supports in the upper soil layer. Rock layer excavation is supported by semirigid elements, such as rock mass, shotcrete and bolts. Both FEM analysis and site monitoring are implemented in this project. Lining wall design concept is applied in channel structure. Piles and rock mass are incorporated with the final structures, and a drainage system is provided. By the design concept, earth and water pressure is greatly diminished.
