Repair Work of Shield Machine when Encountering Obstacles

摘要:

不论捷运隧道、地铁隧道或都市中之下水道工程,只要是土质地盘,潜盾施工已为目前隧道施工之主流,考虑其施工对于都市生活面之冲击性最小情形下,虽然其造价较高,仍为大部分之土质隧道施工者所采用。虽然其施工速度便利及快速,然而潜盾施工法最怕遭遇地中障碍物,轻者停机排除障碍物,严重者需进行机首修复,其结果常造成工期延宕,甚或造成隧道线形改线之情形。本文藉由一实际潜盾机遭遇障碍物之案例,由潜盾机本体之可施工度评估、机体检修至最后修复完成之过程及对地盘及周遭环境之影响评估等过程做一详实报告,以供工程界类似状况之参考。

Abstract:

Regardless of MRT tunnel, subway tunnel or sewer project, the present shield tunneling method has been the mainstream in the soil type ground condition. Although the cost of shield tunneling is expensive, the method is still used in urban tunnel construction by the most contractors because of its minimum impact on the urban living. Generally speaking, shield tunneling is quick if obstacles are not encountered. For slight stuck situation, shield has to be stopped to remove obstacles and for the worest situation, the shield has to be repaired and the schedule may be delayed and the tunnel route may be changed. A case of shield machine encountering obstacles is given in this paper, the construction evaluation of shield, the process from shield inspection to restoration and the influence of tunneling on surrounding enviornment are presented in detail. This article may provide reference for similar projects construction in the future.
