变顶高尾水隧洞无粘结预应力对穿锚索施工技术

摘要:

在变顶高尾水隧洞结构布置中,针对无粘结对穿锚索的特点及施工过程中面临的困难,开展科技创新,通过造孔工艺性试验、张拉对比性试验,灌浆试验等多次试验,攻克了高精度锚索孔的钻进工艺、张拉关键技术、对穿水平锚索孔灌浆技术等一系列技术难题,优质、高效、快捷、经济地完成了变顶高尾水隧洞1 005束对穿锚索的施工任务。该技术在三峡右岸地下厂房中得到了推广应用,技术先进,对其它类似工程施工有借鉴作用。

Abstract:

In order to study the characteristics of noncohesive prestressed strand anchors used in the structure of varied roof height tailrace tunnel and solve the problems during their installation, drilling, tension comparison and grouting test have been performed. Thus the technology problems, including highprecision drilling of anchor holes, key technology of tensioning and grouting for strand anchors are solved. Therefore, the 1 005 strand anchors in varied roof height tailrace tunnel are installed efficiently, fast and economically. In addition, this technology has been applied in the construction of the underground power plant on the right bank of Three Gorges Project. The technology may provide reference for similar projects in the future.
