卵砾石层潜盾隧道变形抑制措施及施工与监测回馈——以机场捷运CU02A标工程为例

摘要:

台湾目前机场捷运、台电输配电地下管道、科学园区地下污水管道等多项工程采用卵砾石层潜盾隧道,惟既有文献显示,土层潜盾隧道钻掘引致地盘行为已多所研究,台北捷运已发展隧道钻掘引致地表沉陷槽预估公式,而卵砾石层潜盾隧道之相关研究较少。基于卵砾石层潜盾隧道在建工程及未来应用日渐增多,显示其研究之重要性。以机场捷运计画桃园国际机场路段CU02A标工程为例,以其潜盾隧道遭遇卵砾石层及已穿越路段之防护及变形抑制措施,包含一般路段之背填灌浆及预铸环片,以及高风险区段(如穿越滑行道等)之机上灌浆、加强背填灌浆、二次灌浆及预铸环片等,藉由施工一般监测及自动化监测结果,分别探讨一般及高风险区段隧道钻掘对地盘变形行为影响,并经由其结果之交叉比对,探讨变形抑制措施效果,以期回馈潜盾设计施工参考。最后,亦藉由既有施工与监测资料,尝试印证设计阶段之设计考量,阐述设计理念与施工实务之结合与回馈。

Abstract:

Shieldbored tunnels are often adopted in Taiwan's current airport MRT projects, power transmission projects, underground pipeline projects, sewer projects and many other projects in cobble/gravel stratum. However, the literature shows that studies on shieldbored tunnels in soils are more. The predicted formula for surface settlement trough of Taipei MRT was developed, while that in cobble/gravel stratum is less relevant. The progress of shield tunneling in cobble/gravel stratum and the increasing number of future applications show the importance of the research. In this paper, with the Taoyuan international airport MRT CU02A lot as an example, countermeasures to reduce the deformation of the ground through, including the backfill grouting in regular section, as well as strengthened backfill grouting, secondary grouting and grouting along shield machine in highrisk zone (such as boring underneath the taxiway zone) are presented. This paper studies the deformation behavior of the ground in regular section and highrisk section through the monitoring during construction and cross comparison of the results. It explores the effects of deformation control measures of shieldbored tunnel and the feedback of the construction information. Finally, this paper, based on the construction and monitoring data, tries to verify the design phase and describes the design and construction practices combined with the feedback.
