植入桩施工法之比较

摘要:

植入桩因具基桩承载力高、施工速率快、施工品质易掌控、无施工二次公害等优点,近期在同属低噪音、低振动之基桩施工法中,已较反循环桩更为台湾工程界所采用。本文介绍2种预钻孔式植入桩的施作方式,并利用钻心取样率、钻心试体单压强度、基桩极限承载力、单桩施工速率等评估要素来比较两种施作方法之效益。比较结果显示,传统预钻孔式植入桩之施作方式,因其施工速率快较具经济效益。

Abstract:

Planted piling is a low noise and low vibration piling method, which is currently widely used in Taiwan. This technology has many advantages, including high bearing capacity, quick construction speed, easy controlling of construction quality and no second environmental damage. This paper introduces two construction methods of prebored planted piles and compares the benefits of the two construction methods by using such evaluating factors as the recovery rate of coring, the uniaxial compression strength, the ultimate bearing capacity of pile and the construction speed. The comparison results show that the traditional construction method of prebored planted pile is better for its rapid construction speed and economic efficiency.
