摘要:

北京市新建的某电力隧道工程,需要下穿当地居民的老旧民房。为达到隧道穿越施工不拆迁居民房屋的要求,采用了TGRM前进式深孔注浆工艺和袖阀管注浆工艺组合施工技术在隧道内进行超前水平注浆加固的解决方案,后经施工证实,该组合注浆技术实现了隧道开挖施工穿越地表房屋“零”沉降的技术要求,节省了大量工程拆迁费用。

Abstract:

The section from Shiliuzhuang road toYuquanying transfer station of the power transmission tunnel from Nanyuan transfer station toYuquanying transfer station passes underneath old houses of local residents. In order not to remove the houses during the tunnel construction, the composite construction technology of TGRM advance deep hole grouting and soletanche grouting is used to execute horizontal advance grouting reinforcement. The construction practice shows that due to the composite grouting technology adopted, "zero" settlement is ensured during tunnel construction and the house removing cost is saved.
