摘要:

采用大断面分离式暗挖隧道近接穿越既有线地铁车站,施工难度大,施工风险高。且既有地铁结构和运营都对变形控制要求非常高,施工中采用合理的施工技术和合适的辅助工法是决定施工成败的关键。某新建地铁车站中间暗挖段采用两分离单洞隧道下穿即有线地铁站,施工中,采用全断面深孔预注浆进行超前加固,并对既有线进行监测,信息化施工,合理安排工序,确保施工安全、迅速进行,对今后类似工程具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:

It has great construction difficulties and great construction risks to build a twintube large crosssection mined tunnel underneath the existing Metro station. Furthermore, in such cases both the existing Metro structure and the Metro operation have strict requirements on the deformation control. Therefore, the success of the tunnel construction depends on the proper construction technology and proper assistant construction methods adopted during construction. The central mined section of a Metro station, which takes the form of a twintube tunnel, is built underneath an existing Metro station. During construction, fullface deephole pregrouting is conducted for the purpose of advance reinforcement, the existing Metro works are monitored to perform informationaided construction and proper construction sequence is adopted, which guarantees safe and rapid construction. The project case can provide reference for similar works in the future.
