摘要:

本文针对广州地铁六号线盾构四标海—东项目部盾构在小半径曲线段施工中遇到的质量问题,通过认真分析研究管片渗漏水、错台、崩缺等质量缺陷成因,总结得出一些关于提高盾构隧道施工质量的纠正及预防措施,以便日后类似工程建设提供借鉴与参考。

Abstract:

Due to particularity and complexity of shield tunneling in sharp curve section, the construction quality is hard to control. Regarding the quality problems in shield tunneling in sharp curve section in bid 4 of No.6 line on Guangzhou Metro, the causes for the segment water seepage, segment dislocation and segment breaking are analyzed. According to the analysis, treatment and prevention measures to improve the construction quality of shield tunnel are summarized in this paper, which may provide reference for similar projects in the future.
