泥水加压式TBM于山岳岩盘隧道施工案例探讨

摘要:

台湾虽已有许多TBM隧道施工经验,但山岳岩盘隧道采用泥水加压式TBM掘进案例仍不常见。本文乃介绍台湾南部一座山岳岩盘隧道采用泥水加压式TBM实际施工案例,包括TBM机型评估、设备特性、环片设计、施工风险及因应对策等。施工结果显示切削刀头磨耗、岩盘挤压收敛、排泥管阻塞及泥水配比等为影响掘进速率之主要因素。本案例施工经验可提供未来山岳长隧道采用TBM施工参考

Abstract:

Using slurry TBM to excavate rock tunnels is not a common practice in Taiwan. An actual tunnel project excavated by using slurry TBM is introduced in this paper. The TBM selection considerations, machine characteristics, construction risks and treatments of the project are described in detail. Although risk may still occur, these experiences show that the severe wearing of the disc cutter, the blocking of the slurry discharge pipe and the sustained convergence of rock mass and C/W ratio are to blame for the slow progress of TBM construction. This construction practice can provide reference for the rock tunnel excavated by TBM in future.
