摘要:

随着环境保育、水土保持观念的提升以及减少对自然条件改变的理念,安全、节能、环保的隧道施工技术,已逐渐落实在隧道设计及施工实务上。以往浅覆盖隧道多以露天明挖,或辅以混凝土盖板保护顶拱再填土覆盖之施工方式,皆为需要大量开挖的施工方法。在减少开挖之因素考量下,舍传统明挖或混凝土覆盖板方式,以先进支撑稳定顶拱之工法,是最常被采用的开挖方式之一。本文探讨台湾北部某开挖中之双孔公路隧道,地形上通过一处长100m山谷地区,其上方覆土仅20cm~2m,同时下方为煤碴堆积及废弃煤坑分布等不利隧道施工之因子。基于节能环保及水土保持因素考量,采用管幂工法通过。由于本案例地质材料除表土、风化岩盘及昔日矿碴外,多雨的气候,使得地表水常年汇流于山谷内,造成隧道开挖遭遇极大的困难,但经数次之抽坍应变处理后,勉为通过,其处理经验与心得,可供后续类似案例之参考。

Abstract:

As the concepts of environmental protection, conservation to water and soil and reducing the change of natural condition are prevailing, safe, energysaving, environmental protection tunnel construction techniques have gradually been carried out in tunnel design and construction. The shallow overburden tunnels used to be constructed by either cut & cover method or concrete slab protection roof and back fill method, which need massive excavation. Under the consideration of reducing excavation, advance support by pipe roof technique, instead of the traditional cut & cover method and concrete slab cover method, is most often used nowadays. This article discusses the construction of a twintube highway tunnel in northern Taiwan with hazardous factors for tunnel construction such as 100m long shallow overburden valley section with only dozens of centimeters to 2 meters soil covered in thickness, and coal debris and abandoned coal pits laid underneath it. Under the consideration of the energy saving, environmental protection and the conservation of water and soil factors, pipe roof method is adopted to pass shallow overburden section. In this case, because the geologic materials are made up of top soils, weathered rock and coal mine debris, the rainy climate causes the surface water affluxes in the valley year to year, which results in the enormous difficulties to the tunnel excavation. However, after several collapses and reinforcement processes, the tunnel can be passed. Therefore, this experience might be the reference of the following similar cases.
