隧道路面矿物纤维鉴定方法及扫瞄电镜下特征研究

摘要:

针对市场上纤维种类繁多、鱼龙混杂、真假纤维难鉴定的情况,从矿物纤维在隧道内应用入手,介绍了矿物纤维的目识法、嗅闻法、手感法、化学反应法、力学标定法、体积特征法、化学组分法、微观观察法等鉴别方法。以沪蓉西高速公路隧道为例,重点介绍了玄武岩矿物纤维扫描电镜下形态及研究方法。最后针对八字岭隧道使用过程中出现的假纤维,提出了鉴定方法及处理方法:在扫瞄电镜下,矿物纤维有外形和成分微细和明显的差别,由此可以区分不同种类的纤维;矿物纤维外表愈粗糙,其路用性能愈好,沥青混合料中的加筋作用愈明显。

Abstract:

There are various kinds of mineral fibers, which are difficult to be identifed. 9 identification methods, such as observing, smelling, touching, chemical reacting, mechanical demarcating, size estimating, chemical composition estimating and micro observing, are presented. The appearance of basalt mineral fiber under scanning electron microscopy and the researching methods are introduced, with those applied in the tunnels on the west section of ShanghaiChengdu highway as an example. Identification methods and countermeasures for the fake mineral fibers are as follows: there are obvious differences in the appearance and chemical compositions of mineral fibers under scanning electron microscopy; the rougher the mineral fiber, the better its adaptability to the pavement and the better the reinforcement effect. 
