摘要:
由于不同的工程具有地质差异性,使得盾构机在应对具体的工程项目时,都会在控制系统上做相应的适应性改造。针对这种适应性改造,就NFM盾构机的盾尾密封控制系统,结合庆春路隧道的改造实例,对PLC控制程序及PcVue人机界面的改造要点做原理分析及功能阐述,达到提高盾构机控制系统时效性及高效性的目的,更好地满足实际施工需要。
Abstract:
Due to the specific geological conditions of different projects, modifications shall be made on the control systems of the shields to be used so as to fit for the geological conditions. Analysis is made on the PLC control system and PcVue manmachine interface and the functions are expounded, with the modification of the tail sealing control system of the NFM shields used for Qiantang River Crossing Tunnel on Qingchun Road as an example. In the end, the tunneling requirements are met due to the improving of the efficiency of the control system of the shields.
