北京铁路地下直径线泥水盾构刀盘、刀具适应性分析

摘要:

Based on the engineering practice of Beijing Railway Station - Beijing West Railway Station Underground Connecting Line and through comparison among different configurations of shield cutter head and cutters used under the sand-pebble condition, the adaptability of the cutter head and cutters of this project to strata before and after improvement has been studied in details, and moreover the following conclusions have been made according to analysis: (1) it is necessary to adopt disc cutters in configuration of the cutter head and cutters for compact sand-pebble stratum, and furthermore the disc cutter size as well as the cutter height difference between layer 1 and layer 2 should be increased whenever possible according to the pebble size and compactness to promote cutting penetration and tunneling efficiency; (2) effective cutting of the sand-pebble stratum can be achieved through logical configuration of cutters in different lengths such as disc cutters, splitters, and cutting bits, etc. (3) through optimization, the original connection mode of cutter, i.e. bolt connection is substituted by pin connection to prevent cutters from falling during tunneling and so on. The key problems that need attention in configuration of the cutter head and cutters under the sand-pebble condition have been solved, which can guarantee smooth implementation of the project and provide reference for other similar projects.

Abstract:

结合北京站至北京西站铁路地下直径线工程实例,通过不同盾构刀盘刀具配置在砂卵石下的应用对比,重点对本工程刀盘刀具改造前后对地层的适应性进行详细研究,总结分析出:1)对致密的砂卵石地层的刀盘刀具配置采用盘形滚刀是必要的,并应根据卵石粒径、密实程度计量加大滚刀尺寸,加大1和2层刀高差,以提高切削贯入度,提高掘削效率;2)通过滚刀、撕裂刀、切刀等长短刀具的合理配置,可以实现对砂卵石地层的有效切削;3)切刀形式由原来螺栓连接方式优化为销轴连接方式,可以有效防止切刀在掘进过程中的掉落等主要成果。最终解决了砂卵石条件下刀盘刀具配置应注意的关键问题,保证了工程的顺利进行,对类似工程有借鉴作用。
