金鸡山隧道拓宽改造方案研究

摘要: 金鸡山隧道的环境复杂、控制因素多,其拓宽改造方案需要考虑既有条件和工程安全。通过对金鸡山隧道拓宽改造控制因素的研究表明:实施方案可采用增建D隧道和扩建A隧道;D隧道施工前应进行B,C隧道的病害加固和防护;爆破施工应采用微震动控制爆破技术,应进行既有隧道的震动监测、交通管制和台车防护;A隧道的爆破拆除应尽量先清除衬砌背后的松散岩体,可采用预加固措施和人工凿除初期支护。

Abstract: The existing conditions and engineering safety should be considered in the widening of Jinjishan tunnel, due to the complex environment and the numerous control factors. The analysis on the control factors of the widening of Jinjishan tunnel shows that: 1) option 3, in which tube D will be installed and tube A will be widened, may be adopted; 2) tube B and tube C should be reinforced and protected before tube D is constructed; 3) microvibration controlledblast technology should be applied in blasting, and vibration monitoring, traffic control and trolley protection should be implemented for the existing tubes; 4) the loose rocks behind the lining should be cleared as far as possible before balsting is made to dismantle tube A, and prereinforcement and manual primary support chiseling may be executed. 
