面向低碳经济城市地下空间/轨交地铁的节能减排与环保问题

Energy Saving, Carbon Emission Reduction and Environment Protection in Underground Space/Rail Transit Works in Urban Area

摘要: 通过对地下空间/轨交地铁建设、运营现状的分析,认为其在节能减排、环境保护、面向低碳经济、实现城市可持续发展方面,有相当大的改善和提高空间,可以有所作为;而且就目前自然能源短缺现状,提出地下空间/轨交地铁的节能环保问题,应早日提上议事日程。从4个方面提出了目前地下空间/轨交地铁实现更加节能、环保应采用〖JP2〗和借鉴的新技术,存在的问题及解决建议: 1)积极稳妥而有步骤地视条件逐步开发太阳能光伏发电; 2)努力推广智能型LED节能灯具和其他新型照明光源; 3)采用隧道照明新技术的其他方面,如:基于数码技术的洞外亮度测试技术、隧道照明节能成套技术、LED新型无级调光技术等; 4)其他几项节能环保新技术的研究和开发,如:太阳光光纤导入照明系统、新型超级节能灯具(荧光灯)、自然采光、智能照明技术等。同时介绍了在无锡建成的全球最大光伏低能耗大楼的有益经验及上海市虹桥综合交通枢纽的绿色策略与节能技术供隧道、地铁与地下空间建设参考、借鉴。

Abstract: The author analyzes the construction and operation status of underground space/rail transit works and believes that great progress has been made in the energy saving, carbon emission reduction, environment protection and lowcarbon, economical and sustainable development of underground space/rail transit works. Due to the shortage of natural resources, energy saving and environment protection of underground space/rail transit works should be strengthened. The author makes 4 suggestion on energy saving and environment protection, including: 1) Developing solar energy power generation step by step; 2) Popularizing intelligent LED light and other new types of lights; 3) Adopting other tunnel lighting technology, such as outtunnel lightness testing technology, a suit of tunnel lighting and energy saving technology and new type of LED lighting adjusting technology; 4) Developing of other energy saving and environment protection technologies, such as solar power lighting system, new type of superenergysaving lights, natural illumination and intelligent lighting technologies. The author also gives some examples, such as the largest solar energy power generating and lowenergyconsuming building in Wuxi and harmless policies and energy saving technologies of Hongqiao transit center, so as to provide references for the construction of tunnels, Metro works and underground space.
