盾构超近距下穿大型污水管线施工技术

摘要: 结合郑州地铁1号线七里河站——新郑州站站区间隧道穿越污水管工程实例,重点介绍盾构超近距下穿大型污水管线的施工技术。通过采用数值仿真分析、试验段和穿越前的模拟控制等手段摸索和掌握盾构穿越施工参数,以科学监测和必要的二次补浆为保障措施,严格落实施工方案,成功超近距离穿越大型污水管线。最后,提出盾构超近距离穿越污水管线时的技术参数控制建议,以期为类似工程提供参考。

Abstract: The running tunnel from Qilihe Station to “New Zhengzhou Railway Station” Station on Line 1 of Zhengzhou Metro crosses underneath and in proximity to a large sewage pipeline. The technology of shield boring underneath and in close proximity to the large sewage pipeline is presented. The boring parameters are determined on basis of numerical simulation, trial boring and simulated control before the boring. As guarantee measures, rational monitoring and secondary grouting are applied. In the end, the shields crossed underneath and in close proximity to the large sewage pipeline successfully. As conclusion, proposal is made on the control of the boring parameters for shield crossing underneath and in close proximity to large sewage pipelines. The paper can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
