桃树坪隧道3号斜井进主洞施工技术

Construction Technology for Connection Section between Inclined Shaft and Main Tunnel: Case Study on Taoshuping Tunnel

摘要: 针对兰渝铁路桃树坪隧道3号斜井进主洞施工段施工难度大、工期紧和质量标准要求高等要求,结合工程地质特点,分别采取从斜井正交水平穿过正洞施工、交叉过渡段辅助导洞施工、正洞仰拱、二次衬砌施工、注浆及降水等施工方法,解决了斜井进主洞施工的技术难题,以期为同类工程的顺利完成提供理论基础和技术支持。

Abstract: The construction of the connection section between No. 3 inclined shaft and main tunnel of Taoshuping tunnel on LanzhouChongqing railway has great construction difficulty, tight construction schedule and high quality requirement. Construction technologies, such as driving the inclined shaft perpendicularly to penetrate the main tunnel, pilot tunneling in the connection section, invert construction of main tunnel, secondary lining of main tunnel, grouting and dewatering are adopted on basis of the geological conditions. In the end, the problem of the construction of the connection section between the inclined shaft and the main tunnel has been successfully solved. The paper can provide theoretical basis and reference for the safe and rapid constriction of similar projects in the future.
