摘要: 青岛胶州湾海底隧道地质构造复杂、埋深浅、穿越大量的断层和不良地质段,施工风险大,超前预注浆是确保隧道安全施工的重要保证措施。本文通过对胶州湾海底隧道F4-4断层钻孔注浆效果评价以及影响因素的分析,提出施工中需要关注的环节及改进的措施,确保每一个注浆段都满足止水加固要求,为胶州湾海底隧道的快速掘进、安全施工提供保证,也为其他类似工程施工起到借鉴和指导作用。

Abstract: Jiaozhou Bay Subsea Tunnel in Qingdao, crosses many faults, is shallow covered and with large construction risk under complex geological condition. Advance grouting is an important construction technology which can ensure the safe construction. The evaluation of grouting effect and influence factors is analyzed by means of borehole grouting at F44 fault in the construction of Jiaozhou Bay Subsea Tunnel in Qingdao. Key construction steps and optimized construction technologies are proposed, so as to ensure the water-stopping and reinforcing of the grouting section. The rapid and safe construction of Jiaozhou Bay Subsea Tunnel in Qingdao is guaranteed. The paper can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
