青山分厂复建工程厂房通风直井之规划、设计与施工探讨

摘要: 台湾电力公司大甲溪发电厂青山分厂受到921集集地震、敏督利台风(72水灾)及豪雨等事件影响,大量土石堆积于溪床,堵塞了尾水隧道及厂房出风道及尾水平压塔通气道等出口,甚至河水涌入地下厂房,造成发电设施严重损坏,必须重建地下厂房、尾水隧道、厂房通道及厂房通风直井等设施。为了避免土石及淹水灾害再度发生,特别将厂房通风直井向上延伸241 m至旧弃碴场,故必须采用管幂钢管工法及全套管排桩工法克服边坡不稳定及井口松散碴料的问题;再利用升井工法完成深井之导孔及扩孔的工作,以利后续降挖之碴料经由扩孔倒入底部之连接隧道,加速出碴作业。

Abstract: Severely affected by 921 ChiChi earthquake and devastating flood that followed due to Typhoon Mindulle and heavy rain, thick debris accumulation with flood, blocking the tailrace tunnel and other exports, and even flooding the underground powerhouse, causing serious damage to power generation facilities. In order to re-operation, the underground powerhouse and other facilities must be dredged and rebuilt. In view of flooding, the ventilation shaft extended upward 241 m to the slag field platform, that was filled by loose material, where must be adopted pipe roofing method and allcasing pile wall method to reach slope stability and to deal with backfill issue, then raise boring method to facilitate slag material down into the connection tunnel, accelerating the slag operation.
