既有隧道扩挖及改建技术探讨

摘要: 既有隧道的扩挖或改建需求,大致可分为基于交通量增加、新增通风或逃生空间、老旧隧道维修补强等。而往往既有隧道的建设年代久远,衬砌劣化、背后空洞、围岩的依时弱化或变形等先天条件不良,且设计图说、工程记录等付之阙如,故设计前之调查更显重要。此外,如何考量利用既有隧道之外支撑及衬砌,减少扩挖或改建过程对隧道及围岩之扰动,为设计及施工另一考量重点;而若施工期间仍需维持车辆或列车之运行,则其设计与施工之考量将与一般隧道新建工程大不相同,难度更高。本文首先搜集汇整日本所开发之8种隧道扩挖工法,以及意大利开发之扩挖工法,分别探讨其适用条件、使用限制及优缺点等,最后以一台湾案例比较说明,进而探讨各种既有隧道扩挖或改建技术,以期提供尔后相关工程之选择与参考。

Abstract: The enlarging or reconstruction requirement of existing tunnel, which can be divided into increases based on traffic flow, new ventilation or escape space, old tunnel reinforcement and so on. Due to the bad conditions of the existing tunnels, including ancient, liningdeteriorated, empty in hole back, weak as time past and deformed, and the lost of design drawing and engineering records, the investigation before designing is very important. In addition, how to consider the use of support and lining of existing tunnel, reduce or lower disturbance of surrounding rock is an important consideration when design and construction. It is difficult to maintain traffic flow during the construction, and the design and construction methods of tunnel enlarging will be very different from new constructed tunnel. The tunnel enlarging methods developed in Japan and Italy are collected and respectively discussed in the form of suitable conditions, limitations and advantages. The enlarging and reconstruction technologies of existing tunnel are further discussed.
