摘要/Abstract

摘要： 台湾桃园国际机场联外捷运系统建设于桃园国际机场路段主要系以潜盾隧道方式通过，而其穿越之地层属桃园台地卵砾石层，开挖长度约达7 200 m，为目前台湾于卵砾石层开挖最长之潜盾隧道。机场捷运CU02A标潜盾机切刀之设计主要考量为确保砾径大于70 cmx60cm(长x宽)之砾石由滚轮切刀于开挖面破碎；砾径较小之砾石则经由其他切刀扰松动后，再推进土仓内。主要探讨内容为上述潜盾机切刀于设计时之考量、施工过程探讨，及切刀磨损情形等，以提供相关经验供后续类似工程参。

Abstract: The route of Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport Access MRT Construction Project at the Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport section almost excavated by shield machine, and the main strata of this section is gravel. The shield tunnel is about 7.2 km long and it is the longest one in Taiwan at present. Disk cutters is used to break gravel, which size is over 70 cm long and 60 cm wide, in the construction of CU02A bid section of Airport Access MRT Construction Project. Smaller gravel excavated by other cutters is allowed to enter the chamber. This paper describes the design consideration and the wear of cutters, and the problems and solutions during construction. 
