盖挖法超深孔中间支撑柱施工新技术

摘要: 为了解决盖挖法超深孔中间型钢支撑柱精确定位的难题,通过设计制作专用定位台架,采用短臂校正长臂、激光辅助导向、先插法等施工措施,创新了一种解决十字型钢柱定位的新技术,降低工程成本和风险,同时采取重型型钢支撑柱整体工厂化加工、双导管灌注混凝土等技术措施,达到了施工快速、质量可控、安全、经济效益显著的效果。

Abstract: There is great difficult in the accurate positioning of superdeep intermediate support columns of cutandcover Metro stations. A kind of appropriative positioning frame is established. Construction technologies, including using short boom to adjust long boom, using laser light to guide the direction and early inserting method, are adopted. A new kind of positioning technology for crosstype shapedsteel column is established, and the cost and the risk are reduced. The manufactory fabrication of heavy shapedsteel column is realized and doubletremie concrete casting technology is used. Rapid and safe construction is reached and the quality and economic benefits are guaranteed.
