下穿运营铁路超浅埋公路隧道设计及施工关键技术

Key Technology for Design and Construction of Highway Tunnel Crossing  underneath Operating Railway Lines with Small Clearance

摘要:

厦门高崎互通机场连接线在下穿鹰GOU Mingzhong厦铁路及道岔区段为2个单跨超浅埋暗挖双车道微拱形隧道。为保证铁路轨道能正常运营,隧道采用3层衬砌结构(1次初期支护、2次模筑衬砌),全环设置299超长管幕(110 m),并在隧道掌子面和周边采用深孔预注浆对地层进行预加固、双侧壁导坑六部开挖方式施工;在每次列车通过前,通过实时监测,采取起道填碴方式,对铁路进行保护,确保了铁路运营的安全。主要介绍超长管幕、3层复合式衬砌结构、双侧壁六部开挖方式等几项设计及施工关键技术。

Abstract:

A highway tunnel in Xiameng crosses underneath operating YingtanXiamen railway line and turnout section with small clearance. Countermeasures, such as threelayer lining structure (primary reinforcement, first insitucast concrete lining and secondary insitucast concrete lining), 299 superlong pipe curtain installed in circular form, preconsolidation of ground by deephole grouting on the tunnel face and around the tunnel contour, 6step tunnel excavation by double side drift method, are taken. In the end, the tunnel crosses the railway successfully. 
