非均匀注浆盾构隧道管片纵缝错台量三维有限元分析

FEM Analysis on Longitudinal Dislocation of Segments of  Shieldbored Tunnels under Nonuniform Grouting Pressure

摘要:

注浆压力是造成管片纵缝错台的主要原因之一,通过ABAQUS软件建立三维有限元模型对该因素导致管片的纵缝错台量进行计算。模型考虑了土层、注浆层、管片、螺栓之间的互相作用,同时结合实际工程考虑浆液因扩散对管片造成的压力,对管片布置浆液压力荷载。分别计算了4孔对称注浆,注浆压力在0~0.5 MPa范围变化时均匀注浆、非均匀注浆工况下管片纵缝错台量。结果表明: 非均匀注浆对封顶块和邻接块间错台量影响较大,且注浆压力不均匀程度越大该接缝错台量越大,最大错台量达到1.35 mm;对隧道拱腰处接缝错台影响较小,均为0.1 mm左右。拱底管片接缝错台受下部注浆孔注浆作用影响较大,下部注浆孔无注浆时错台量最大值达到0.75 mm。相对于前人研究多重因素下的管片极限错台量10 mm,非均匀注浆因素造成的管片纵缝错台不容忽视。

Abstract:

Grouting pressure is one of the main causes for the longitudinal dislocation of shieldbored tunnel segments. A threedimensional finite element model is established by the ABAQUS software to calculate the longitudinal dislocation of segments caused by grouting pressure. The interactions between soil mass, grout mass, segments and bolts are taken into account. Grouting pressure induced by the diffusion of the grout on the segments is also taken into consideration. In the case of grouting through four symmetrical grouting holes under 0~0.5 MPa grouting pressure, the longitudinal dislocation of segments under uniform grouting pressure and that under nonuniform grouting pressure are calculated respectively. Conclusions drawn are as follows: 1) Grouting with nonuniform pressure has great influence on the degree of the longitudinal dislocation between the key segment and the neighboring segments. The dislocation degree increases when the nonuniformity of the grouting pressure increases, and the maximum dislocation can reach 1.35 mm. 2) Nonuniform grouting pressure has less influence on the dislocation of segments at the arch lumbar, and the dislocation is about 0.1 mm. 3) The grouting through the lower grouting holes has great influence on the dislocation of the invert segments, and the maximum dislocation of the invert segments without grouting reaches 0.75 mm. 4) Compared to the value of 10mm ultimate dislocation caused by multiple factors, the dislocation caused by nonuniform grouting pressure cannot be neglected.
