盾构下穿北京地铁13号线望京西站站房基础变形及数值分析

摘要:

随着盾构下穿既有构筑物的情形越来越多,盾构施工难免会对既有工程的安全使用和安全性造成一定影响。以北京地铁15号线关庄站—望京西站区间盾构隧道下穿13号线望京西站站房基础施工工程为实例,通过ANSYS有限元数值分析软件对土体注浆和未注浆工况下盾构下穿13号线望京西站站房基础的过程进行模拟,得出土体在注浆情况下既有结构的变形明显减小。将ANSYS有限元分析软件计算结果与现场监测结果进行比较,两者相差不大,验证了有限元分析软件的正确性,从而为今后盾构隧道穿越既有车站结构施工提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract:

As more and more shields bore across underneath existing structures, the shield boring may jeopardize the safety of the existing structures inevitably. The running tunnel from Guanzhuang station to Wangjingxi station on line 15 of Beijing Metro crosses underneath the foundation of Wangjingxi station on line 13 of Beijing Metro. In the paper, the process of shield boring across underneath Wangjingxi station on line 13 of Beijing Metro under the condition of grouting reinforcement and non grouting reinforcement is simulated by means of ANSYS. The simulation shows that the deformation of the existing structure in the case of grouting reinforcement is reduced dramatically. Comparison and contrast is made between the ANSYS simulation results and the measurement results, which shows that there is no obvious difference between the ANSYS simulation results and the measurement results. It is concluded that the ANSYS simulation results are reliable. The paper can provide reference for other shield boring across underneath existing Metro stations in the future.
