摘要：

港珠澳大桥拱北隧道需下穿拱北口岸，由于工程建设不能影响口岸正常通关，隧道口岸段采用了管幕-暗挖法，冻结管幕间土体进行止水的方案实施。隧道施工最大影响宽度22.24 m，高度23.84 m，与工法配套的类似规模工作井未有先例。从如何设计合适的工作井着手，研究工作井设计的关键技术问题。通过综合分析工程建设条件、隧道施工工艺、运营管理需求等，找出工作井设计的关键点。采用多因素交叉耦合法选址、改进群管工作井限界计算公式、明挖顶管工作井实施方案、全寿命周期结构设计等方法对问题逐一解决。工作井在投入使用后达到了预期效果，工程实践证明，此类工作井设计的关键点是工程选址、限界拟定、实施方案选择、结构设计。

Abstract:

The mined section of Gongbei tunnel is constructed by mining method under the protection of the pipe curtain. The working shaft of Gongbei tunnel is so complicated that many factors should be considered during the design of the working shaft. In the paper, the construction conditions of the project, the construction process of the tunnel and the operation and management requirements are analyzed and the key points of the design of the working shaft are determined; multifactor crosscoupling index system is used to determine the location of the working shaft, the calculation formula for the clearance of the working shaft is optimized, and fulllife structural design considering the pipe jacking of the tunnel is made. In the end, good effect has been achieved.
