海底盾构管廊隧道结构病害分析及治理技术

摘要:

水下隧道在长期运营过程中受各种因素的综合影响,尤其结构处于海水侵蚀下,极易引起隧道结构不同形式的病害,若不及时地进行有针对性的治理,必将对隧道结构及运营安全带来严重威胁。本文通过对病害的检测,判析隧道结构缺陷及病害对隧道结构稳定性的影响,并对病害产生的原因进行分析;针对不同类型的病害,提出有针对性的治理及修复措施,并严格科学施工,取得了较好的治理效果。本文研究可为水下盾构隧道的长期安全运营提供保障,同时,可为水下盾构隧道的病害治理提供依据。

Abstract:

Due to the effect of complicated actions in the longterm operation of seacrossing tunnels, especially under the corrosion of the sea water, diseases may occur to seacrossing tunnels. If these diseases are not treated timely, the structure and operation safety of the tunnels will be jeopardized. In the paper, the diseases of a seacrossing shieldbored utility tunnel are detected out, the structural stability and operation safety of the tunnel are evaluated, the causes for the diseases are analyzed and corresponding disease treatment measures are proposed. In the end, the disease treatment has achieved satisfactory result. The paper can provide reference for the disease treatment of other underwater shieldbored tunnels. 
