渗透结晶型混凝土裂缝自修复材料试验研究

Experiment and Research on Permeable Crystallization Selfhealing Materials of Concrete

摘要:

将渗透结晶型混凝土裂缝自修复材料掺入混凝土中,通过预留裂缝混凝土抗压强度试验和混凝土抗渗压力试验对其自修复性能进行研究。试验结果表明:该材料能提高预留裂缝混凝土的抗压强度,能大大提高混凝土的二次抗渗压力,养护28 d的抗压强度提高11.7%,二次抗渗压力提高100%;56 d的抗压强度提高21.9%,二次抗渗压力提高150%,同时能有效修复混凝土内部微裂缝,具有良好的自修复性能。最后,结合XRD和SEM分析手段对渗透结晶型裂缝自修复材料的机制进行分析和讨论,该材料的拥有络合、渗透及结晶自修复制机。

Abstract:

The selfrepairing performance of permeable crystallization selfhealing materials is studied by compressive test of concrete with artificial crack and impermeability pressure test of concrete.The results indicate that good selfhealing performance of concrete will be showed, the selfhealing materials have good selfhealing capability for concrete cracks, and compared to concrete without mixing selfhealing materials, the compressive strength and the second impermeable ability of concrete can be greatly improved, and the compressive strength of concrete cured for 28 d can be increased by 11.7% and the compressive strength of concrete cured for 56 d can be increased by 21.9%. The second impermeability pressure of concrete with selfhealing materials cured 28 d twice of concrete without the selfhealing materials, it is 2.5 times the blank one cured 56 d. Finally, the mechanism of selfhealing materials was analyzed and discussed,XRD and SEM results show that the selfhealing materials show complexation, permeable and crystallization mechanism.
