长距离复杂水域环境中内河沉管隧道管节浮运风险分析及应对措施

Analysis of Risks in Longdistance Floating Transportation of Immersed Tunnel Segment in Complex Inland River and Their Countermeasures

摘要:

内河沉管隧道管节在长距离复杂水域环境中浮运时,浮运线路构筑物和风险源多,水上交通和水情复杂,浮运风险较高。以南昌红谷隧道工程管节浮运为例,比较海口区域与内河沉管隧道管节浮运风险差异,采用风险矩阵法对管节浮运过程中出坞接拖、航道存在浅点、通过小跨径桥梁、急流区回旋、高流速区浮运等5种风险工况进行评估分级,预测红谷隧道管节首次浮运可能发生的高风险工况,总结红谷隧道管节首次浮运出现的风险和采取的应对措施,实现首节管节安全浮运,并为后续管节浮运提供借鉴。

Abstract:

There are many risk sources on the segment floating transportation route of inland river immersed tunnel. The risk differences between segment floating transportation in sea and that in river are compared. The risks, including segment undocking, low water level points, segment crossing bridge with small span, segment turning area with high flow velocity and segment floating transportation in area with high flow velocity, are assessed and classified by risk matrix method. The risks of segment floating transportation are predicted and their countermeasures are summarized. The segment floating transportation for the first time is successful and can provide reference for followup segment floating transportation.
