宁波软土地区MJS工法桩施工对临近既有建筑物的影响分析

Analysis of Influence of MJS (Metro Jet System) Pile Construction on Adjacent Existing Buildings in Soft Soil Area in Ningbo

摘要:

为解决围护桩施工时的挤土效应对临近既有建筑物变形的影响,基于宁波地区首例MJS工法桩应用实例,详细介绍了MJS工法桩的施工原理,并提出了一套适合宁波软土地区的施工和设计参数。最后,采用建筑物沉降位移、建筑物倾斜、地表沉降和深层土体位移等动态跟踪监测手段得到了MJS工法桩施工期间临近既有建筑物的沉降和倾斜变化规律、周边地表的沉降变化规律以及深层土体的变形规律,并进行了MJS工法成桩质量情况分析。结果表明: 1)MJS工法桩施工期间对周围环境影响很小,基本上可以忽略不计; 2)MJS工法桩的水泥掺量大于50%时,其单轴抗压强度大于1.49 MPa; 3)在淤泥质土中MJS工法的成桩质量会随着加固深度的增大而降低。

Abstract:

The principle of MJS (metro jet system) is introduced in detail and a set of parameters of construction and design for MJS pile used in soft soil area in Ningbo is proposed so as to learn influence of squeezing effect of construction of retaining piles on deformation of adjacent existing buildings. The variation laws of settlement and inclination of adjacent buildings, settlement of surrounding ground surface and deformation of deep soil during MJS pile construction are obtained by dynamic tracking monitoring method; and analysis is made on quality of MJS pile. The results show that: 1) The construction of MJS pile affects the environment little. 2) The uniaxial compressive strength of MJS pile is larger than 1.49 MPa when the cement content of MJS pile is larger than 50%. 3)The quality of the MJS pile decreases with the depth of clay increase. 
