摘要:
充气式高压橡胶气囊作为一种新的密封方式被应用到盾构施工中。为了解决隧道盾构进出洞施工中的盾构密封问题,从密封原理出发,进行了性能参数、装置结构特点、气囊选型设计、安装操作流程等方面的分析研究,结果表明: 充气式高压橡胶气囊可以实现进出洞门与盾构外壳的可靠密封,其操作性和可靠性相对传统密封方式有了很大的改进和提高,目前已在盾构进出洞密封工程中得到了应用。

Abstract:
The highpressured inflatable rubber airbag, a new kind of sealing material, has been applied to shield tunneling. The sealing principle, properties, structural characteristics, selection and design and installation process of highpressured inflatable rubber airbag are introduced and analyzed. The analytical results show that the tunnel entrance/exit and shield shell can be effectively sealed by highpressured inflatable rubber airbag, and compared to traditional materials, the highpressured inflatable rubber airbag is more rational and functional.
