Engineering Practice of Clearing of Anchor Rope Intruding into Shield Tunnel by Adding Vertical Shaft and Mined Gallery

摘要:

为了清除周边建(构)筑物多、空地狭小且地上交通运输繁忙的盾构隧道施工时被邻近基坑侵入的盾构隧道洞身范围的锚索,在盾构隧道邻近基坑之间可利用的空间开挖竖井至底后平行于盾构隧道开挖通道。通道揭露侵入盾构隧道的锚索,采用与可变形刚性套管和滚珠钻头配套的钻机,利用通道的空间剥离锚索与地层黏结后通过穿心式千斤顶将锚索从盾构隧道所在的地层中拔出。采用该技术能完整地将锚索拔出,为盾构顺利通过锚索侵入段提供了基础,保证了周边建(构)筑物的安全和地上交通运输的正常运行。

Abstract:

The anchor rope intruding into adjacent foundation pit is easily occurred during shield tunneling due to multiple surrounding buildings, small space and busy traffic on the ground. As a result, vertical shaft is excavated between shield tunnel and foundation pit, and then gallery parallel to shield tunnel is also excavated. The whole anchor rope clearing process is as follows: the anchor rope intruding into shield tunnel is firstly exposed; it is then peeled off soil by drill with deformable rigid drivepipe and ball bit; and it is finally pulled out of soil. The method adopted can provide foundation for successful shield tunneling in anchor rope intrusion section and guarantee the safety of the buildings and traffic on the ground.
