Study of Green Construction Evaluation of Urban Deep Foundation Pit Based on Improved Vague Similarity Summary Method

摘要:

为有效推进绿色施工,解决城市深基坑工程对环境造成的严重威胁,提出基于改进Vague相似汇总理论的评价方法。首先,依托PSR(压力-状态-响应)框架模型,结合指标建立的3项原则及深基坑施工特点,从指标产生机制方面建立绿色施工评价指标体系; 其次,借助C-OWA算子实现评价指标赋权,削弱专家主观偏好的不利影响,并改进Vague集群决策中相似汇总法构建绿色施工评价模型,集结各指标Vague值与专家主客观权重,评判深基坑工程的绿色施工等级; 最后,将绿色施工指标体系与评价模型应用于青岛香江旺角深基坑工程,结果表明该评价模型具有合理性与可行性。

Abstract:

In order to effectively promote the green construction and solve the serious influence of foundation pit construction on environment, the evaluation method based on improved Vague similarity summary method is proposed. Firstly, the green construction evaluation index system is established from the aspect of target mechanism based on pressurestatusresponse (PSR) framework model, three principle and construction characteristics of foundation pit. And then the evaluation index empowerment is realized by COWA operator to weaken the negative impact of the expert; the similarity summary method of Vague cluster decision is improved; and the green construction level of the deep foundation pit is evaluated by concentrating Vague value of each index and subjective and objective weight of expert. Finally, the green construction index system and evaluation model are applied to Mong Kok Foundation Pit of Xiangjiang River in Qingdao; and the applicable results show the rationality and feasibility of the evaluation model.
