摘要:

通过阐述建筑信息模型(BIM)的概念,指出参数化建模在工程设计领域中的应用理念和发展趋势,以及参数驱动模型生成的技术特点。目前BIM技术的应用往往是先进行专业设计再针对设计成果建立信息模型,这样的逆向设计流程不但没有提高设计效率,反而徒增设计工作量。它本质上是一种现有交付条件主导下设计工作的辅助和补充,其作用在于设计过程中的反向回馈。探索BIM正向设计以提升模型附加值,针对隧道工程,将传统的设计思路与信息模型的全新表达方式相结合。为了提高设计效率,解决复杂工程模型的标准化、规范化的问题,采用参数驱动三维模型生成的方法,验证参数化设计在LOD200级信息模型建立过程中的可行性和必要性。通过设定应用场景规定模型的应用功能,对模型的几何信息和非几何信息添加相应的约束,从而使模型具有更多的应用功能,为实现高效正向协同设计提供参考。

Abstract:

In this paper, the concept of the building information modeling (BIM), the application idea and development trend of parametric modeling in the field of engineering design, and the technical characteristics of parametric modeling are introduced. The reverse design process in which BIM technique now applies does not improve the design efficiency but increases the design workload. It is essentially the assist and supplement of design leading by the current requirement when delivering. It is no more than the feedback of design for the global process. The added value of the model is explored, and the traditional design for tunnel works is combined with the new expression of information models. In order to improve the design efficiency, and solve the problem of standardization within complex projects, a set of method for creating 3D models based on series of parameters is adopted, and the feasibility and necessity of parametric design in the establishment of LOD200 models are verified. These models are evaluated by the constraint of geometric property and nongeometric property so as to make them more applicable according to the context. The results can provide reference for forward collaborative design with high efficiency.
