Development of Shield Tail Gap Measurement System Based on Ultra-sonic Distance Measurement Technology

摘要:

盾构施工环境恶劣,为解决人工测量存在安全隐患和采用视觉、激光等间接测量的准确率较低问题,采用超声波传感器设计非接触内嵌式测距模块,研究嵌入式超声波传感器的测距单元、信号处理的采集单元、盾尾间隙测量的显示单元及测量系统工作流程。试验验证和工业性测试结果证明该测量系统精准度较高,满足生产需要,可为K 块的选型提供依据,同时为智能调整盾构姿态提供数据支撑,且有助于盾构的管片自动选型和智能纠偏。

Abstract:

As the construction environment of shield tunneling is always bad, manual measurement is dangerous and indirect measurement methods, i. e. visual sense and laser are of low accuracy. A non-contact embedded direct measurement system with ultra-sonic sensor is explored. Distance measurement unit of embedded ultra-sonic sensor, acquisition unit of signal processor, display unit of shield tail gap measurement are studied and the workflow of the whole measurement system is summarized. With experimental verification and industrial test, it is verified that the measurement system is highly accurate and can provide references for K block selection and attitude adjust, which is helpful for automatic selection of pipe segments and intelligent correction of deviation.
