松多隧道路线方案设计综述

摘要:

为解决西部地区交通建设中隧道资金、运营费用高的难题,以松多隧道工程为背景,采用资料调研、定量分析、经验总结等方法,通过分析隧道建设条件、环境,解决隧道洞侧碎石土边坡稳定问题、碎石土进洞困难及碎石土洞顶地表沉降问题,以安全、经济选线为根本原则,对不同隧道长度的方案进行综合论证,提出以抗滑桩设计方案、超前长管棚和地表注浆加固等施工技术消除不良地质对隧道安全的影响,以安全可靠、经济合理的不良地质处治置换隧道长度的方式,缓解交通建设资金投入压力以及隧道运营资金的压力。

Abstract:

In order to solve the problem of high capital and operating expenses in tunnel construction in the western region, the methods of data investigation, quantitative analysis and experience summary are adopted. By analyzing the condition and environment of tunnel construction, the gravel soil problems such as stability of slope, the difficulty to access the tunnel portal and roof surface settlement are solved. Based on the principle of safety and economic line selection, the schemes for different tunnel lengths are comprehensively demonstrated. The construction technologies such as scheme of anti-slide pile design, advanced long pipe roof and surface grouting reinforcement are proposed to eliminate the impact of poor geology on tunnel safety. In a reliable and economical way, that is poor geological treatment for tunnel length replacement, the financial pressures on transportation construction and tunnel operation are relieved.
