顶管法T接隧道现场试验研究分析

Field Experimental Study on T-connected Tunnel with Pipe Jacking Method

摘要: : 为研究顶管法T接隧道工法在施工过程中的主隧道响应,以无锡地铁3号线顶管法施作联络通道工程为背景进行现场试验 研究,通过研究施工过程中的施工工况节点了解施工过程,并对施工过程中的主隧道沉降、结构收敛以及结构本身的应变等通过测 量等方法进行研究。 通过研究施工具体步骤、工况阶段以及沉降和隧道收敛等的规律,得出如下结论: 整个施工过程是较为安全 的,且施工过程中影响结构响应的主要因素为盾构推力和内支撑顶力变化。 通过试验研究,对顶管法修建T接隧道的可行性进行 分析并给出关键的影响因素。

Abstract: The field experiment is carried out on the connection gallery of Wuxi Metro Line 3 constructed by pipe jacking method so as to study the response of the main tunnel during the construction of the pipe jacking method of T-connected tunnel. The construction process is understood by studying the nodes of construction conditions in the construction process, and the settlement of the main tunnel, the structural convergence and the strain of the structure are measured and studied. By studying the detailed construction steps, working stages, settlement and tunnel convergence rules, the conclusions, i.e. the whole construction process is relatively safe, and the main factors affecting the structural response in the construction process are the variations of shield thrust and internal support force, are drawn. Through the experimental study, the feasibility of T-connected tunnel by pipe jacking method is analyzed and the key influencing factors are given.
